Hier wurde ein traditionelles Produkt, die schwäbische Maultasche, neu verpackt. Besonderen Wert wurde auf die Verbindung von schneller Zubereitung und konstanter Qualität der Produkte gelegt. Große Frisch- und Abwassertanks garantieren auch bei längeren Einsätzen gleichbleibende Produktqualität. Mit Hilfe der beiden integrierten Nudelkocher und der Koch- und Bratplatte können unterschiedliche Maultaschenvariationen schnell und einfach zubereitet werden.
„Nina & Velja´s Kitchen“

Inspiriert von ihrer gemeinsamen Zeit in London, in der Velja unter anderem als Profikoch in verschiedenen Londoner Lokalen arbeitete, bringt das Team mit ihrem STREET-FOOD-MASTER 400 Retro Wraps und Rice Bowls mit außergewöhnlichen Toppings in die Oberpfalz und nach Franken. Bei der Zubereitung ihrer Gerichte ist den zwei Food-Truckern die Regionalität und die Frische enorm wichtig. So beziehen sie beispielsweise ihre Lebensmittel nur von ausgewählten Partnern. In ihrem hochwertig ausgestatteten Food-Truck mit Gastrobräter, Griddleplatte, Bain Marie und Einkorbfritteuse können die zwei begeisterten Foodies alle Gerichte optimal zubereiten. Das eingebaute Rückfahrvideosystem unterstützt zudem das sichere Rangieren.
